The key to a project's success depends on the strength of the relationship that molds it.
The "Common Movement" is the creative collaboration between the client and designer. They must be moving in the same direction, towards the same goal, and the only way to do that effectively, is with clear and constant communication. Projects are easier to complete when everyone's on the same page.

Eric Thayer, a designer with a passion for typography, video production, and web design.
I'm currently working in Monterey, CA for the Defense Language Institute as a Multimedia Specialist. I design user interfaces and videos for web based foreign language training. Recently I was editing video and designing out of Denver after working three, fulfilling years with MultiImage in San Diego.[ resume ]
Creating relationships are what's most important to me. I'm looking to expand my creative network and build upon the connections I've been so fortunate to establish.
My skills are best suited for projects involving: Branding/Logo creation, Magazine Layout and Typography, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, DVD Authoring, Production Crew, xHTML/CSS based web designs, consulting, and Soc. Networking.
Most of my freelance focus has been on web design, but I never stray too far from my love of video and post production, logo design, or magazine layout that may come my way. I'm also open to any non-profit or charity driven project you may have.
